Planting Instructions:
Plant in rows or hills, planting them 1/2-1" deep. When planting in rows, sow seeds 2 to 3" apart. If you are planting in hills, plant four to five per hill. Cover very lightly with soil. Water the first day and if there is no rain, every two to three days until they germinate. After they have germinated, keep the best two to three.

Additional Tips:
Soak seeds overnight before planting for better germination.

Cucumbers are over 95% water. Keep them evenly moist for best results.

Plant with marigolds to deter cucumber beetles, and borage to attract bees for pollination.

Harvesting:
Pick regularly at 6" - 8" long or smaller. Cut the stem rather than pulling at the fruit to break off. Plants stop producing if there are overly mature cucumbers on the vine. Continuous harvesting will keep the plant producing new fruits.

Companion Plants:
Plant with beans, boragedill, radishes, marigoldsnasturtium, sunflowers.
Hindered by potatoes.
